Order Handling Time

Most successfully placed orders are prepared and shipped within five business days.

Once the shipment is transferred to the delivery carrier, the estimated delivery period is usually 10–20 business days, depending on the destination country and shipping service used.

Transit estimates may be extended due to:

• customs review, clearance, or inspection processes

• delays caused by the carrier’s transport network

• severe weather, route disruptions, or other operational issues

We appreciate your understanding if delivery takes longer due to circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Cost

A fixed international shipping fee of $2.99 USD applies to all orders.

Delivery Coverage

Changing Shipping Information

Shipping address updates must be requested before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the order date.

After the deadline, the order may already be in processing, and address modifications may no longer be available.

Billing and Shipping Address Difference

Customers may use a delivery address that is different from the billing address provided for payment.

Fulfillment Business Days

Orders are handled on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed over weekends are normally processed on the next available business day.

Warehouse & Manufacturing Fulfillment

Depending on inventory levels, products may be shipped from regional fulfillment warehouses.

Certain items may also be manufactured and shipped directly from facilities located in the United States, Canada, or Australia, depending on stock distribution and logistics arrangements.
