Return Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment is arranged or before production begins.
When a cancellation request is approved before the order ships, the full payment will be refunded through the original payment method.
Orders that have already been dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.
Returns
A return request must be made within 14 days after delivery.
The returned product must meet these conditions:
The product must be unused and remain in the condition received.
The original packaging must be included with the returned item.
A valid order confirmation or purchase proof must be provided.
Do not return the product before contacting customer support. Return instructions must be provided first and followed carefully.
Customers will be responsible for no more than one shipping fee overall, which may include the original shipment and return shipment when applicable.
No restocking fees will be charged.
Refunds
After the returned item has been received and checked, you will receive an email confirming that the return has been processed.
You will be notified whether the refund request has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, normally within several business days depending on processing times.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If the refund has not arrived:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take several days to appear.
Contact your bank, since each institution may process refunds differently.

Return Shipping
Return instructions will be sent after the request is approved.
Returns based on customer preference or other customer-related reasons may require the customer to pay return shipping.
For damaged, defective, or wrong items, return shipping costs will be covered.
