FAQ – Order Questions & Store Support
How to Place an Order
Add the products you want into your cart.
Go to checkout using either PayPal or the standard checkout option.
Enter your email, full name, and shipping information.
If you have a promotion code, enter it in the Discount field.
Confirm your delivery address → enter payment information → select Complete Order.
Order confirmation will appear on the website and will also be sent by email. Support: service@xaviiora.com
Incorrect or Missing Items
Contact customer support and provide:
Your order number
An image under 1MB that clearly shows the issue
After verification, the correct products will be arranged and sent at no extra cost. Email: service@xaviiora.com
Confirming Orders
Check your email for your order confirmation and order number. If missing, please review your spam or junk folder.
Modifying Orders
Changes may be requested before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the day the order is placed. After this deadline, the order may already be in processing. Contact: service@xaviiora.com
Cart Operations
Add items: Select available options → Add to Cart
View cart: Click the cart symbol
Adjust quantity: Modify the Quantity field
Remove item: Select Remove
Recommended Browsers
Use updated versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge/IE for the best browsing experience.
Payment Methods
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay.
PayPal Payments
Select PayPal → sign into PayPal → confirm payment → return to the confirmation page.
Applying Discounts
Enter the promo code → click Apply → the discount will be shown in the order summary.
Returns & Exchanges

Returning Products

Cancellation Policy
